Rhode Island UCC5 Correction Statement (National) is a document used to correct or amend information previously filed with the Rhode Island Secretary of State's Office. This document is used to correct filing information for financing statements and amendments, which have already been recorded in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) database. The document must include the original UCC5 filing number, the name of the debtor and secured party, and the information to be corrected. There are two types of Rhode Island UCC5 Correction Statement (National): UCC5-1 Correction Statement and UCC5-3 Correction Statement. The UCC5-1 Correction Statement is used to correct errors in the debtor name, secured party name, or other information. The UCC5-3 Correction Statement is used to correct errors in the secured party address.
