Pennsylvania Final Protection From Abuse Order — Cambodian/Khmer Translation is a legal document issued by a court that protects a person from abuse, harassment, stalking, and threats of harm. This order is issued in the Cambodian or Khmer language and is legally binding. It prohibits the abuser from continuing to act abusively towards the victim and requires them to stay away from the victim’s home, school, workplace, or any other places the victim frequents. There are two types of Pennsylvania Final Protection From Abuse Order — Cambodian/Khmer Translation, a Preliminary Protection from Abuse Order and a Final Protection from Abuse Order. The Preliminary Protection from Abuse Order is issued quickly and lasts up to 10 days. The Final Protection from Abuse Order is issued after a hearing and is valid for up to three years.
