The Pennsylvania Entry of Appearance is a document filed by an attorney to signify that they are representing a client in a case before a Pennsylvania court. It is also known as a Notice of Appearance. There are two types of Pennsylvania Entry of Appearance: an entry for a single case, and an entry of appearance for multiple cases. The single case entry is used when an attorney is representing a client in a single, specific case. The multiple case entry is used when an attorney is representing a client in multiple, ongoing cases. The document must include the name of the attorney, the name of the client they are representing, the name of the court, the case number(s), and the name of the judge assigned to the case(s). It must be signed by the attorney and filed with the court.
