Pennsylvania Precise to Satisfy Or Settle Discontinue And End is an official form that is used by a plaintiff to end a lawsuit in the state of Pennsylvania. The Precise is issued to the Prothonotary of the court in which the lawsuit was filed, and is also sent to the defendant and all other parties involved in the case.
