A Pennsylvania Precise to Satisfy is a legal document used in the state of Pennsylvania to enforce a judgment. It is a writ of execution issued by a court or by a judgment creditor to a sheriff or other levying officer, commanding the officer to satisfy a judgment debt out of the property of the judgment debtor. There are two types of Pennsylvania Precise to Satisfy: Precise to Satisfy Money Judgment and Precise to Satisfy Judgment by Attachment. The Precise to Satisfy Money Judgment is used when the judgment debtor has funds available to satisfy the judgment debt. The Precise to Satisfy Judgment by Attachment is used when the judgment debtor does not have funds available and the sheriff is directed to attach the property of the judgment debtor in order to satisfy the judgment debt.
