Pennsylvania Address Change — Defendant is a process that allows registered defendants in the State of Pennsylvania to update their address information with the court. This is typically done when a defendant moves or changes their name. There are two types of Pennsylvania Address Change — Defendant: Address Change Only and Name Change Only. In the Address Change Only process, the defendant must provide their new address to the court. In the Name Change Only process, the defendant must provide their former and current legal name, as well as their new address, to the court. Both processes require the defendant to fill out a form and submit the request to the court.
