Pennsylvania Application Requesting Redaction of Personal Information (PARR) is a form used to protect the personal information of individuals in Pennsylvania. It is used to request the redaction of information that is considered sensitive and/or private. This form requests the removal of the individual’s name, address, phone number, Social Security Number, driver’s license number, and other personal information from documents that are made available to the public. There are two types of PARR forms: the Application for General Redaction Request and the Application for Redaction Request of Driver’s License Information. The Application for General Redaction Request is used to request the redaction of the aforementioned personal information from documents that are made available to the public. The Application for Redaction Request of Driver’s License Information is used to request the redaction of the individual’s driver’s license information from documents that are made available to the public.
