The Oregon Naturopathic Physician's Statement of Certification is a document issued by the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine (BNM) that confirms that an individual has met the qualifications to become a licensed naturopathic doctor in the state of Oregon. It is also known as the Oregon Naturopathic Physician License and is required for all naturopathic physicians practicing in the state. The Statement of Certification is issued upon successful completion of the Oregon Naturopathic Physician Licensing Examination and includes the individual's name, license number, expiration date, and any specialties or areas of practice.
