Oregon Modification Request (OMR) is an online system for Oregon employers to submit requests to modify Employment Department tax and wage information. The OMR system allows employers to submit requests to change, update, or address specific tax or wage information for employees. There are three types of Mrs: New Hire OMR, Wage OMR, and Tax OMR. New Hire OMR allows employers to report new hire information to the Employment Department. This includes the employee’s name, address, Social Security number, and wages. Wage OMR allows employers to make changes to an employee’s wages or to report additional wages. Tax OMR allows employers to make changes to the amount of taxes withheld from an employee’s wages. This can include changing the number of withholding allowances, changing the filing status, or changing the additional amount withheld from each paycheck. Oregon Modification Requests are used by employers to ensure their employees’ wage and tax information is accurate and up to date.
