Oregon Amendment or Cancellation (Domestic LLP) is a process for making changes to a domestic Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in the state of Oregon. This includes making changes to the partnership agreement, the name of the LLP, the names and addresses of the partners, the purpose of the LLP, and the registered office of the LLP. There are two types of Oregon Amendment or Cancellation (Domestic LLP): Amendment and Cancellation. An Amendment is the process of making changes to the LLP agreement or the LLP's details, while a Cancellation is the process of dissolving the LLP completely. In order to file an Amendment or Cancellation, a domestic LLP must file the appropriate form with the Oregon Secretary of State.
