An Oregon Affidavit of Noncompliance is a legal document commonly used in the state of Oregon to certify that a person or business has not complied with certain state laws or regulations. It is used by individuals and businesses to certify that they are not in violation of any state law or regulation. There are two types of Oregon Affidavit of Noncompliance: an Affidavit of Noncompliance with the Oregon Building Code, and an Affidavit of Noncompliance with the Oregon Fire Code. The Affidavit of Noncompliance with the Oregon Building Code is used to certify that an individual or business has not violated any provisions of the Oregon Building Code. The Affidavit of Noncompliance with the Oregon Fire Code is used to certify that an individual or business has not violated any provisions of the Oregon Fire Code. Both affidavits must be signed by the individual or business filing the affidavit and notarized.
