The Oregon UTC 5,100 Notice of Readiness is a document used by a party in a civil case to inform the court that they are ready to proceed with the trial or hearing. This document is submitted to the court clerk and can be used for a variety of different hearings, trials, and other court proceedings. There are three types of Oregon UTC 5,100 Notice of Readiness: 1) Notice of Readiness to Set Case for Trial; 2) Notice of Readiness for Non-Jury Trial; and 3) Notice of Readiness for Jury Trial. The Notice of Readiness informs the court of the party's readiness for trial and the date of the trial. The Notice of Readiness also includes the names of the parties, their attorneys, and any witnesses that will be testifying. The Notice is also used to request a hearing date from the court. The Notice of Readiness must be signed by the party submitting the document, their attorney, and the court clerk.
