The Oregon APA Notice of Filing Confidential Information Form (CIF) is a document that is used to inform the parties involved in a child custody case that confidential information and/or documents related to the case have been filed with the court. This form is used to protect the privacy of any parties involved in the case and is required to be filed with the court under the Oregon Family Law Act. There are two types of Oregon APA Notice of Filing Confidential Information Form (CIF): the Parental CIF and the Non-Parental CIF. The Parental CIF form is used when a parent is involved in a child custody case, while the Non-Parental CIF is used when an individual other than a parent is involved in the case. Both forms must be filed with the court and will be kept confidential.
