Oregon Proof of Non-Professional Administrative Expense is a document that a non-professional administrator filing a probate case in Oregon must submit in order to be compensated for their reasonable fees for performing services related to the probate process. This document is usually required when the administrator wishes to be compensated for services such as managing assets, preparing and filing documents, and communicating with beneficiaries and creditors. There are two types of Oregon Proof of Non-Professional Administrative Expense: (1) an itemized statement of the services performed and the associated fees, and (2) an affidavit setting forth the services performed and the fees requested. The court will review the documents in order to determine the amount of compensation due to the non-professional administrator.
