The Oklahoma Order Withdrawing Order for Settlement Conference is a court order issued by a judge in the state of Oklahoma. This order can be used to withdraw an earlier order for a settlement conference. It can also be used to withdraw an order for a mediation conference. This order can be issued by the court in the event that the parties involved in the dispute have failed to reach an agreement or the court has determined that the case is not suitable for settlement. There are two types of Oklahoma Order Withdrawing Order for Settlement Conference: (1) an automatic withdrawal order, which is issued when the court determines that settlement is not likely to be successful; and (2) an order to withdraw an agreement to settle, which is issued when the parties have agreed to a settlement but then wish to withdraw that agreement.
