The Oklahoma White Verdict Form, Comparative, NON-Party is a form used in the state of Oklahoma for civil cases in which a non-party is either suing or being sued in a comparative negligence case. This form is used to record the jury's findings and to provide a basis for the court's judgment. The form includes spaces for the jurors to enter their findings as to the degree of fault attributed to the non-party, as well as a space for the total amount of damages awarded by the jury. There are two versions of the Oklahoma White Verdict Form, Comparative, NON-Party: one for use when the defendant is an individual, and one for use when the defendant is a legal entity.
