The standard Order Authorizing Interpleader Disbursement is used when the funds or assets are held by the interpleader and can be disbursed directly to the court. The Notice of Deposit of Funds for Interpleader Disbursement is used when the funds or assets are held by one of the parties in the dispute and must first be transferred to the court.
