The New York Statement of Authorization For Electronic Filing (Surrogates Court Managing Attorney Authorizing Individual Filing Agent) is a document that must be completed and signed by a managing attorney of a Surrogates Court in order to authorize an individual to electronically file documents with the court. This document is used to ensure that the individual filing agent is authorized to submit documents on behalf of the attorney or the court. There are two types of New York Statement of Authorization For Electronic Filing (Surrogates Court Managing Attorney Authorizing Individual Filing Agent): the New York Surrogates Court E-Filing Authorization Form and the New York Surrogates Court E-Filing Authorization Form for Attorneys.
