Nevada is not a Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) state. Nevada has its own bar exam that uses the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), the national multiple-choice test.

Bar Exam Format Nevada administers a two-and-a-half-day bar exam. Day One consists of four 60-minute essay questions and one 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) question. Day Two consists of the 200-question Multistate Bar Exam (MBE). Day Three is a half-day and consists of four 60-minute essay questions.

July 2020 Bar Exam:Each of the 8 essays and the performance test will be graded on a 1-10 scale. The value of the performance test will be doubled. A total of 100 points are available. A score of 7 on each question shall be designated as constituting minimum competence.
