Nevada is not a Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) state. Nevada has its own bar exam that uses the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), the national multiple-choice test.
Bar Exam Format Nevada administers a two-and-a-half-day bar exam. Day One consists of four 60-minute essay questions and one 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) question.
