The process of reviving a (88) Limited Partnership Domesticti— - Revival(NRS Chapter88) requires the filing of a Certificate of Revival with the Nevada Secretary of State, as well as the payment of any outstanding fees or penalties. The Certificate of Revival must be signed by all partners and must include the name and address of the limited partnership, the name and address of the general partner, and any other information required by the NRS.
