Nevada Temporary Sexual Oriented Business (SOB) License Application is an application process for businesses that provide adult entertainment services. These services include, but are not limited to, exotic dancing, live sex shows, nude modeling, and adult video stores. There are three types of Temporary SOB License Applications available in Nevada: 1. A Temporary License Application is valid for up to 90 days and is issued to a business that has not yet been established in Nevada. 2. An Extension License Application is valid for up to 30 days and is issued to a business that has already been established in Nevada, but needs to extend its license for a short period of time. 3. A Permanent License Application is valid for up to one year and is issued to a business that has been established in Nevada for more than 90 days. To apply for any of these licenses, business owners must submit a completed application, pay the associated fees, and provide proof of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, applicants must agree to comply with all the regulations related to the operation of a sexual oriented business.
