Nevada Request for Reinstatement Pursuant to DCR 2.90 is a legal document used to restore a Nevada company’s good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State. It is one of the two main types of reinstatement documents for Nevada companies; the other type is a Certificate of Reinstatement. This document is used when a corporation or limited liability company has been administratively dissolved by the Nevada Secretary of State for non-payment of annual fees or failure to file the annual list of officers or managers. The Nevada Request for Reinstatement Pursuant to DCR 2.90 must be accompanied by a payment for all outstanding fees, and the company must be in good standing with the Nevada Department of Taxation. Upon approval of this document, the corporation or LLC will be reinstated as if it had never been administratively dissolved.
