A New Jersey Warrant to Satisfy Judgment — Child Support is a legal document issued by a court in the state of New Jersey that orders the enforcement of a court-ordered child support payment. This warrant allows for the enforcement of the court-ordered payment by the issuance of a levy on the debtor’s assets, such as bank accounts, wages, vehicles, real estate, and other property. The warrant may be issued to the debtor, or to a third party such as an employer or bank. There are two types of New Jersey Warrants to Satisfy Judgment — Child Support: a Writ of Execution and a Writ of Attachment. A Writ of Execution allows for the seizure of non-exempt assets to satisfy the court-ordered payment, while a Writ of Attachment allows for the attachment of the debtor’s wages to satisfy the court-ordered payment.
