The form must be signed by all partners in the partnership in order to be valid. It is used to notify the Secretary of State that the partners are no longer registered to do business under the trade name. There are two types of New Hampshire Form TN-7 Trade Name Withdrawal in Partnership: Form TN-7A is used when all partners have signed the form, and Form TN-7B is used when the form is signed by one or more partners.
