New Hampshire Form 52 Articles of Correction is a document used to make corrections to a domestic entity that is registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. This document is used to correct any errors or omissions made in the original filing of the domestic entity. It can also be used to amend the name of the domestic entity or to update the address of the domestic entity. There are two types of New Hampshire Form 52 Articles of Correction; one for corporations and one for limited liability companies. The Articles of Correction must be signed and dated by two authorized representatives of the domestic entity, and then submitted to the Secretary of State. After the filing has been reviewed and accepted, the Secretary of State will issue a Certificate of Correction indicating that the corrections have been made.
