The North Carolina Attorney Admission Application is a form that must be filled out and submitted by individuals applying for admission to the North Carolina State Bar. The form must include the applicant's personal information, legal education and experience, references, and other relevant information. After submitting the form, the applicant must pay a $250 application fee and submit a Certificate of Good Standing from the jurisdiction in which they are currently licensed (if applicable). There are two types of North Carolina Attorney Admission Applications: Regular Admission and Admission on Motion. Regular Admission requires the applicant to take and pass the North Carolina Bar Exam; Admission on Motion is for applicants who have already taken and passed the bar exam in another jurisdiction.
