A Missouri Request for Premiering (also known as an RP-16) is a document used by the Missouri Administrative Hearing Commission (AHC) to request a pre-hearing conference between the parties to a hearing. The pre-hearing conference is intended to clarify issues, resolve disputes, and explore possible stipulations, settlements, or other alternatives to a hearing. There are two types of Missouri Request for Premiering: 1. RP-16a: This is a request for a pre-hearing conference before a hearing officer appointed by the AHC. 2. RP-16b: This is a request for a pre-hearing conference before a neutral mediator appointed by the AHC.
