A Michigan Certificate of Restoration of Good Standing (Foreign LLC) is an official document that is issued by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) to foreign LCS that have registered as foreign entities in the state of Michigan. The Certificate of Restoration of Good Standing verifies that the LLC is in compliance with all state laws and regulations and that it is in good standing with the state. It also confirms that the LLC has the right to transact business in the state. There are two types of Michigan Certificate of Restoration of Good Standing (Foreign LLC): a Certificate of Restoration of Good Standing for a Domestic LLC and a Certificate of Restoration of Good Standing for a Foreign LLC.
