Kentucky Articles of Amendment (Domestic Nonprofit Corporation) are legal documents required to make changes to the articles of incorporation of a nonprofit organization registered in the state of Kentucky. These amendments may include changing the name of the organization, altering the purpose or scope of the organization's activities, changing the address of the organization, or adding or removing directors. There are two types of Kentucky Articles of Amendment for Domestic Nonprofit Corporations: a one-page form and a two-page form. The one-page form is used to make minor changes to the articles of incorporation and does not require the signature of the Secretary of State, while the two-page form is used to make more substantial changes and does require the signature of the Secretary of State.
