An Illinois Transfer Order From General Chancery Calendar To Mortgage Foreclosure Calendar is an order given by a court of Illinois to move a case from the General Chancery Calendar to the Mortgage Foreclosure Calendar. This type of order is usually issued when the plaintiff has filed a complaint for foreclosure of a mortgage. It is done to expedite the foreclosure process.
