Hawaii Declaration Re Electronic Filing is the e-filing of documents with the Hawaii state court system. This system allows attorneys and other legal professionals to file documents electronically with the courts, eliminating the need to file paper documents in person. There are three types of Hawaii Declaration Re Electronic Filing: 1) Electronic Filing and Service (EFS), 2) Electronic Filing Only (EGO), and 3) Electronic Filing — Court (EFC). EFS allows attorneys to file documents electronically with the courts, as well as serve legal documents to parties in a case. EGO allows attorneys to file documents electronically with the court, but does not include the ability to serve legal documents. EFC is an electronic filing system used by court personnel to file documents with the court.
