Guam Sample Corporate Consulting Agreement This Guam Sample Corporate Consulting Agreement is made and entered into between Fleet clean Systems, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and Sammy Fletcher (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant"), collectively referred to as "Parties." 1. Scope of Services: Consultant shall provide professional consulting services to the Company in the area of corporate strategies, management, and operations, as agreed upon by both Parties.
