Georgia New Rehab Supplier Registration is a process for registering with the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) to become a qualified supplier of durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DM EPOS) in the state. There are two types of Georgia New Rehab Supplier Registration: provider-by-provider and centralized. Provider-by-provider registration is the traditional registration method, where each provider must register with DPH separately. Centralized registration is an easier process where a provider can register multiple locations at once. Both processes require the provider to submit an application and documentation demonstrating they meet the requirements of the Georgia DPH regulations.
