A nonstick corporation is a non-profit organization that is not organized for the purpose of making a profit. The filing of the Certificate of Dissolution will dissolve the corporation and terminate its legal existence. The Certificate of Dissolution must be completed and filed with the Connecticut Secretary of State in order to dissolve the nonstick corporation. The Certificate must include the name of the corporation, the date of its incorporation, and the name and address of the person filing the Certificate.
