A release, waiver, and assumption of risks stating that users of any equipment owned by the facility are aware of the dangers and risks associated with the use of the equipment owned by them that you are going to use and that you release, waive and relinquish any and all claims of any nature that you and/or your heirs, assigns, etc. may have due to your use of the facility owned equipment, including death, property damage and even if the damages are a result of negligence and/or other action, with the exception of gross negligence and/or intentional acts, of Releasees. Further, the release indemnifies, defends and holds harmless Releasees of any costs and/or liabilities as a result of use of the facility owned equipment.
