Arizona Articles of Dissolution is a legal document used to dissolve a corporation in the state of Arizona. It is filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission to terminate the existence of a corporation and release it from the obligation to comply with Arizona corporate laws and regulations. The document must be signed and dated by an officer of the corporation and must contain certain information, including the name of the corporation and the date of dissolution.
