An Arizona Alternative Dispute Resolution Statement to the Court is a document that is used to inform the court about an agreement between the parties involved in a dispute to resolve their differences in an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process. ADR processes are typically used to settle disputes outside of court, and can include mediation, arbitration, and/or settlement conferences. This document is filed in the court of record and describes the parties’ agreement on the ADR process, the process itself, the outcome of the process, and any judgement or award that resulted from the process. There are two types of Arizona Alternative Dispute Resolution Statement to the Court: a joint statement, which is signed by both parties, and an individual statement, which is signed by one party.
