The Arizona Application for Deferral of Court Fees and/or Costs and Consent to Entry of Judgment is a form used by individuals who cannot afford to pay court fees or costs in full when they are due. It allows the applicant to request a deferral of the fees and/or costs, and to consent to the entry of a judgment against them for the amount due. The form must be filed with the court in which the fees or costs are due, along with any supporting documents that may be required. The court will then review the application and decide whether to grant the deferral. If the deferral is granted, the applicant will be allowed to make payments on the fees or costs over a period of time, and a judgment will be entered against them for the amount due. There are two types of Arizona Applications for Deferral of Court Fees and/or Costs and Consent to Entry of Judgment: one for those requesting a deferral of court fees, and one for those requesting a deferral of court costs.
