Arizona Informal Probate — Discharge of Fiduciary Instructions, Application and Certificate is a set of documents used to formally end a probate process in Arizona. It includes instructions for the fiduciary, an application to be signed by the fiduciary, and a certificate of completion, signed by the court. These documents are used to discharge the fiduciary from their duties, and to provide evidence that the probate process has been completed. The discharge of the fiduciary from their duties must be approved by the court before the probate process can be closed. There are two types of Arizona Informal Probate — Discharge of Fiduciary Instructions, Application and Certificate: those for an informal probate without a will, and those for an informal probate with a will.
