An Arizona Stipulation to Modify the Prior Court Order Regarding Legal Decision Making (Custody), Parenting Time and Child Support is a legal document submitted to the court by both parties in a child custody case. It requests that the court modify the existing court order regarding legal decision-making, parenting time and/or child support. The stipulation must be signed by both parties and serve as an agreement between the parties on the issues to be modified. There are two types of Arizona Stipulations to Modify the Prior Court Order Regarding Legal Decision Making ((Custody)), Parenting Time and Child Support: 1) Joint Stipulation to Modify; and 2) Unilateral Stipulation to Modify. A Joint Stipulation to Modify is an agreement between both parties to modify the court order and both parties must sign the stipulation. A Unilateral Stipulation to Modify is a request by one party to modify the court order. The requesting party must file the stipulation with the court and serve it to the other party.
