(a) Time for Filing a Notice of Appeal. To appeal a judgment, a party must file a notice of appeal under Rule 8 no later than 30 days after entry of the judgment from which the appeal is taken, except as otherwise provided in this Rule or unless the law provides a different time.

The appeals court views the evidence in the light most favorable to upholding the ruling of the court. The appellate court will not reweigh the evidence; instead it will see if there is any evidence to support the finding of the judge.

The appellant must file the narrative statement in the superior court within 30 days after filing the notice of appeal, and must serve it on the other parties. Any other party may file objections or proposed amendments to the narrative statement within 10 days after service.

If you wish to file an appeal, you must file a Notice of Appeal with the justice court WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) calendar days of the entry of judgment. You will be assessed justice court and Superior Court appeal fees.

To appeal the judge's decision you must file a "Notice of Appeal" with the trial court clerk within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the final order or final judgment. If you do not file a Notice of Appeal within these fourteen (14) days, you lose the right to appeal.

Arizona Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure Rule 8 Appeal. (a) Filing the Notice of Appeal. An appeal or cross-appeal permitted by law from a superior court to an appellate court shall be taken by filing a notice of appeal with the clerk of the superior court within the time allowed by Rule 9.

An order of the Supreme Court denying review must specify those justices of the Supreme Court, if any, who voted to grant review. The Supreme Court clerk must promptly notify the parties and the Court of Appeals clerk if the Supreme Court has denied all petitions and cross-petitions for review.

In civil cases, Rule 7.1 of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure states that the opposing party shall file any answering memorandum within ten (10) days after the motion was filed and served.
