Arizona Application For Special Event License is an application form used to apply for a license to hold a special event in the state of Arizona. The application must be submitted to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (DLL) in order to obtain a permit for the sale and consumption of alcohol at the event. There are three types of Arizona Application For Special Event License: Class 9 (small events); Class 10 (medium-sized events); and Class 11 (large events). The application requires the applicant to provide detailed information about the event, including the nature of the event, the date and location of the event, the types of alcoholic beverages to be served, and the number of people expected to attend. Applicants must also provide proof of liability insurance and submit a list of the proposed vendors. All applications must be approved by the DLL before the event can take place.
