An Arizona Notice of Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Case (For Individuals or Joint Debtors) is a document that is filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court when an individual or joint debtors in Arizona file for Chapter 12 bankruptcy. This notice will provide information to all creditors about the debtor's filing, including the date and time of the meeting of creditors and the case number. It will also list the names of the debtor(s), the mailing address of the debtor(s), the name and address of the debtor's attorney, and other important information regarding the Chapter 12 bankruptcy case. There are two types of Arizona Notice of Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Case (For Individuals or Joint Debtors): the Notice of Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Filing and the Notice of Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Discharge. The Notice of Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Filing is sent to all creditors listed on the debtor's bankruptcy petition at least 21 days before the meeting of creditors. The Notice of Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Discharge is sent to all creditors and the debtor(s) after the court has granted the debtor a discharge of debts, which is the final step in a successful Chapter 12 bankruptcy.
