Alaska Registering Foreign Support Order (SHC-PAC8) is a court order issued by the Alaska Superior Court for individuals who live outside of Alaska and have an order for support from another state or country. This order allows a non-resident to register and enforce a support order in Alaska, and it is used to collect child or spousal support payments. There are two types of Alaska Registering Foreign Support Order, SHC-PAC8: an original order and a modified order. An original order registers and enforces a support order in Alaska, and a modified order modifies an existing Alaska support order. Both require a court filing fee and a signed support order from the court in the other state or country.
