The Alaska Notification of Consolidation (Foreign Cooperative Corporation) is a required document for foreign cooperative corporations that have registered to do business in the state of Alaska. In a simple merger, two or more foreign cooperative corporations merge into a single corporation, with one surviving entity. In a complex merger, two or more foreign cooperative corporations merge into a new entity that is different from either of the original corporations.
