An Alaska Statement of Change (Domestic Non Profit Corporation) is a document that allows a non-profit corporation formed in Alaska to legally change its name, address, or to amend its articles of incorporation. There are two types of Alaska Statements of Change: one for Domestic Non Profit Corporations and one for Foreign Non Profit Corporations. The Domestic Non Profit Corporation Statement of Change must be filed with the Alaska Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing. The document must include the name and address of the corporation, the new name of the corporation (if applicable), the address of the new registered office (if applicable), the principal place of business (if applicable), and the effective date of the change. The document must also be signed by a corporate officer or the registered agent. The filing fee for the Statement of Change is $25.
