The Alaska Child Support Order COMBO (combines DR-300 & DR-301) is a form issued by the state of Alaska that combines two forms: the DR-300 and DR-301. The DR-300 is used to set the amount of child support that a parent is obligated to pay, and the DR-301 is used to establish the procedures for enforcing a child support order. The COMBO form is used when both forms need to be completed. There are three types of Alaska Child Support Order COMBO (combines DR-300 & DR-301) forms: DR-303A, DR-303B, and DR-303C. The DR-303A is used to set a child support order with an existing custody order, the DR-303B is used to set a child support order with a request for custody, and the DR-303C is used to set a child support order with a custody order that is pending.
