Alaska Notification of Merger for Foreign Limited Liability Company is a document that must be filed with the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development in order to legally merge a foreign limited liability company (LLC) in Alaska. The Notification of Merger must include information such as the name and jurisdiction of formation of the merging LLC, the name and jurisdiction of formation of the surviving LLC, the effective date of the merger, and the details of the merger agreement.
