The Educational Assistance Program for Employees outlines a tuition assistance initiative aimed at eligible employees in the Bronx. This program supports employees looking to enhance their skills through courses from accredited institutions. Key features include eligibility criteria, reimbursement rates based on grades received, and the requirement for prior approval from supervisors and HR.
