The Educational Assistance Program for Employees outlines a tuition assistance initiative aimed at eligible employees in the Bronx. This program supports employees looking to enhance their skills through courses from accredited institutions. Key features include eligibility criteria, reimbursement rates based on grades received, and the requirement for prior approval from supervisors and HR. Employees must have completed one year of service to qualify, and reimbursement is limited to tuition and registration fees. To utilize this program, employees must submit a reimbursement form before courses begin, maintain job responsibilities, and provide evidence of course completion. This form is particularly beneficial for legal professionals, including attorneys, partners, and paralegals, who may seek further education to meet the evolving demands of their roles. It helps ensure that legal staff can pursue relevant classes without financial burden, making it a valuable resource for personal and professional growth in the legal field.
