You may submit a request for building records to ARCCBuildingRecords.FGG@sdcounty.ca. To help expedite your request, please see the requirements below for requesting copies of building records. Requests from property owners – an email with parcel number or property address and a copy of their photo ID.
These records are available for all commercial and residential buildings. These public records are for viewing and/or copying except for blueprints. To obtain copies of blueprints, this Department requires: Written authorization from the property owner.
Planning & Development Services public records are available for public review online for properties in the unincorporated area of San Diego County.
